A: We offer a wide variety of services from interior painting, dustless sanding, spray finishes, kitchen cabinet refinishing, wood refinishing, exterior painting, concrete sealing, pressure washing, driveway/walkway washing, deck refinishing. We service residential homes, commercial projects and stratas. We occasionally are able to offer basic carpentry installs such as baseboards and trim. Q: How long does it take to complete an exterior repaint?
A: A small house/project can be completed in as little as 2 days while the average home takes about 3-5 days.
Q: How much does it cost to paint an exterior?
A: Every house is different and there are too many variables to give a rough-estimate based on size alone. Typically wood houses require more surface prep to remove failing paint through scraping and sanding. Factors like the condition of the current coating, amount of surface prep required, number of colours, accessibility, type of substrate all come into consideration. Reach out today for a free quote.
Q: Do you offer colour consultation? How do I pick colours?
A: We see a lot of colours and homes. We always recommend customers look around their neighbourhood for colour schemes they like. If you find one you love, knock on their door and ask :) We also feature most of the homes we paint over on instagram with colour details. Pinterest/Google is also a great resource for popular exterior colour schemes. We are happy to provide minor suggestions and feedback but do not offer design services at this time. We also know some great designers. At the end of the day, the colour decision is up to you.
Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: We ask for a non refundable 20% upfront to secure the booking. This goes towards our paint and material costs and secures your spot in queue. This can most easily be done via e-transfer or cheque. We can also accept credit card with an added 3% service fee.
Q: Do I need to be home during the painting?
A: It is not necessary that you are home for the painting. As long as all areas within the scope of work are accessible we will get it done with utmost care and attention to detail.
